Vin Diesel took to Instagram to announce the start of production on the tenth (!) film in the Fast and Furious franchise; Fast X and unveiling a brand new logo for the movie. The logo unveiling was simply accompanied with the caption “Day One”.
There are still no real details regarding the upcoming film. One suspects that with such a deep and heavy plot similar to those of the previous films, that snippets of the plot will methodically be released to the masses in small digestible morsels allowing us to be properly prepared when the full scope of the film’s story is unveiled.
Don’t forget, Diesel did previously tease “angles coming” to the mythology that will make fans smile.
The final two movies are being filmed back-to-back with targeted release dates being February 2023 and 2024.
